Welcome to Fully Nourished, We are a Christian family based in Central, Alberta who recognized a growing need in our community for real bread and wholesome bread products—crafted with integrity, quality ingredients, and traditional methods that prioritize both exceptional flavour and thoughtful preparation.

In today’s fast-paced world, many people rely on commercially produced breads designed primarily for convenience and extended shelf life. These products are often made with highly refined ingredients and modern processing methods that differ significantly from traditional bread making. As interest in wholesome, minimally processed foods continues to grow, many families are seeking bread made from simple ingredients using time-honoured techniques.

At Fully Nourished, we believe there is great value in returning to traditional methods of bread making. We use freshly milled whole grains, natural sourdough fermentation, and carefully selected quality ingredients in there most complete form to create bread that is both deeply nourishing and delicious. Our goal is to honour the way grain has been enjoyed for generations and to provide bread made with care from start to finish.

For thousands of years, bread has been a staple food across many cultures. Traditionally, bread was made from the whole grain, retaining the bran, germ, and endosperm—the parts that naturally contain the grain’s antioxidants, fibre, vitamins, minerals, healthy fats, and other beneficial nutrients.

As Christians, our work is rooted in a purpose far greater than bread alone. Scripture reveals that The Lord Jesus Christ is the true Bread of Life, and we hold firmly to His words:

“Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that comes from the mouth of God.” — Matthew 4:4
